To send you application, you have to Register in the asmission system. If you registered before, you can Login to the system and send your application.
Please consider the following items:
- Please prepare your required documents in advance (passport size photo, copy of your passport, copy of your certificates and transcripts (starting from High school). Make sure the scanned documents are readable.
- Please note that the maximum size for each file is 1MB and the total size of your documents should be below 10MB.
- The application submission has 10 steps. Complete all required fields in each step.
- The system save all steps, so if you lost your connection or your submission is not complete, you can continue previous application.
- Please avoid sending multiple applications.
- You will get a confirmation email, after submitting your application. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your application and make sure that it is submitted.
- You will be informed about any change in status of your application by email.
- You can read application step by step guidance before sending your application.
- Due to the impossibility of changing the field of study after admission to Yazd University, be careful in choosing the correct priorities of your field of study.
Note: For the academic year 1405–1406 (2026–2027), Yazd University will award a limited number of scholarships to applicants seeking admission to the University. These scholarships cover only the tuition fees and do not include other expenses such as accommodation, meals, health insurance, and the like, which shall remain the responsibility of the student. If you wish to be considered for this scholarship, please tick the designated box at the time of submitting your application.
Note: After registering in the Yazd University system, and in order to accelerate the approval process with the Iranian Student Affairs Organization and to issue your student visa, you are kindly advised to also submit your application for Yazd University through the "Adab" system of the aforementioned Organization at the following link: https://adab.saorg.ir/PortalADAB" . Please be advised that, when using the Adab system, you should select the option labeled "non-scholarship admission" The "scholarship admission" option is intended exclusively for those admitted under scholarships provided by the Iranian Student Affairs Organization.
